Andy Berry went down to this event on the Brecon Beacons which is a 14.1 mile race over the former SAS selection route. After 5 miles he fell on ice and broke his left wrist. However, in true SAS style, he soldiered on and still managed to win the race with a four minute lead over the second place runner. His time was 2 hours 34 minutes (tbc).
