Marc Hartley showed the field a clean pair of heels and won this race comfortably from Tom Corrigan in 2nd which makes the overall Burnley and Pendle GP very interesting for the remaining 3 races. Marc had pulled a good lead out by the summit of Mount lane and stretched it out further on the return to the park. Tom was comfortably 2nd with Andy Berry showing his continued good form nearly making it a Barlick 1,2,3. Young Jacob Watson of Clayton had other ideas though and pulled Andy in on the last mile. Andy Carson also had a cracking run finishing 6th overall. Peter Wilkinson won the vet65 category in his second appearance in the Barlick vest. Jen Hird finished 4th lady continuing her good form.
