Des, John and Cloey (the experienced one)did the Hardmoors race. John Mason did the 15 (which turned out to be 15.8 miles) and he finished 6th out of 96 in a time of 2h27 - someone here is hiding his light under a bushall lol fantastic achievement.
Des and Cloey did the 30 (which ended up being 33.8 miles). Des finished 35th in 6h36 with Cloey 74th in a time of 7h24. Whilst the route covering the Cinder track was muddy in places the Cleveland Way section of the run was a total bog fest. A great day out was had by all and as usual the event was very well organised and these series of races are highly recommended.
