It was a great day out at this marathon which was organised superbly. The weather was good, but if anything a little on the warm side although there was quite a bit of shade on the route coupled witha gentle breeze and a few locals with sprinklers helped cool passing runners. The course is undulating with a 2 mile climb out of Otley, but is nothing too serious. The crowds and support on the route were incredible.
Three Barlickers took part, but none had their club designation in the results. Raymond Banks had a super run finishing 3rd V70.
