The track session will be at Barden Lane, Burnley with Harvey Grace. Meet at 6:45 pm.
This will be at the Cellar Bar Bistro and the evening is now fully booked. The doors will open at 7:00 and we will sit down for the meal at 7:30. There will be no formal pub run tonight.
This ladies only session will be from Letcliffe Park. It will be an interval session. Be ready for a 6;45 pm start. Bring your head torch, if you have one. If not, come anyway, as we have a stock of head torches which you can borrow.
Another good night, but perhaps one where everyone should have had a head torch. The dark seemed to affect some runners, even those with head torches. On the other hand, several runners shook off the effects of the dark and recorded PBs. It was good to see junior member Elliot Halliday give it a go and record a sub 30 minute time.
This race saw another good performance from Rachel Lowther and a first for Lloyd Davies.

Stuart Bryan actually entered this race as a Barlick Fell Runner and he finished in 190th position in a time of 4:17:23.
This race took place at Arley Hall, Northwich. It was a very well organised event on fast, flat country lanes, which for the most part were closed off. With the still, warm weather, the conditions were ideal.

The Ilkley Triathlon is a Sprint Distance event with a 500m indoor swim, followed by a 14.5km bike (3x laps of a 4.8km circuit) and a 4.8km run (1x lap of the same circuit). The swim was indoors.
