Four Barlickers went up for this challenging race.  David Mirfeld had a good run to finish in 34th position and comfortably under the two hour mark.  Julian Hood, donning his Barlick vest, also had a good run and frustratingly fell outside of the the two hour window by just three seconds.  Further down the field, Lucy Brown chose this race to make her comeback after recent injury.  She battled all the way round trying to beat the cut off times, but she stuck to the job in hand and was rewarded by getting a finish time and a treasured tee shirt.  Well done to everyone who took part.  This is one tough race.
